One one the saddest thing you can meet in the tribes is alcohol...Many are addict all over the world. In Himba tribe, on angolan or namibian side, it is also a main problem.
This was the first time that i saw tribal people drunk at 9 in the morning, drinking not only beer, but very strong drinks.
Himbas can drink a lot as they are very rich: they own lot of cattle.

After leaving Angola, i went to Namibia. it was not a so good idea, i was back in the tourist industry. Epupa waterfalls are dispointing, and now that i've seen there, i can say: avoid this place!
On the picture, this is the top of the falls.

In south Angola, near the Kunene Namibian border, the off road if full of baobabs trees. The kids from the place offer you some baobabs fruits. I must say that even if i read that baobab fruits are full of vitamins, i could eat them , as i felt like swallowing soap!
